2. Description of Service

BrushPop provides users with the ability to generate black and white coloring page stencils from text prompts, paint these stencils digitally, and share their creations with others. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of BrushPop, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

By using BrushPop, you may create and share content, including black and white and painted versions of images. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. However, by uploading or sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting the service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use BrushPop to:

• Upload or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload or share any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Upload viruses or other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems or networks.

6. Intellectual Property

BrushPop and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

BrushPop is provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BrushPop be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
